Our instructors bring more than 30 years of martial arts experience. We have trained police officers, security personnel, bodyguards, probation and parole officers, and other professionals who need practical personal-safety skills in their work. That experience influences how we teach Jiu Jitsu and self-defense, with an emphasis on effective technique, awareness, control, and realistic application.
Training draws from Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA, and practical self-defense to help students become more complete and adaptable martial artists.
Our Roswell training facility is conveniently located on Highway 92 with easy access from GA-400 and Highway 9, making it convenient for students from Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Woodstock, and surrounding North Atlanta communities.
